Those headers do not fit on E90 330i as they say. Holes on the flanges do not line up with cylinder head bolts The rear header interferes with the engine mount and it's impossible to fit. The flanges are not stainless steel but mid steel Holes on the flanges are smaller than the OEM nuts so you cannot use them. I'm really sorry i trusted this company for aftermarket parts for my car!!

Bmw e90 330i n52b30 Svody nesedí vadí tomu silentblok, uchycení motoru takže nejdou nasadit, příruba je moc tlustá takže je třeba jiné štefty, na pohled hezké ale mají mnoho chyb

Yes, it's plug and play. But maybe it will trigger check engine light because of lambda o2 sensor.
