Forge Motorsport presents the ultimate intercooler kit for the Audi RS3 8Y, featuring a cleverly modified genuine Audi alloy crash bar. Despite being only 1kg heavier than the standard OEM setup, the alloy crash bar perfectly accommodates the race-sized intercooler, resulting in no compromise in performance. Meticulously crafted by skilled fabricators with a durable black powder coat finish for longevity and an OEM+ aesthetic.
The RS3 8Y core is a massive 640x250x130 with a bar and plate design, boasting a remarkable 55% increase in surface area and an awe-inspiring 153% more volume compared to the stock OEM intercooler. The integrated pipes, in the end, tanks retain the stock boost hoses, but you also have the option to upgrade to our FMKT033 boost hose set for added reliability under increased boost pressures.
