RACES insulating blanket for the turbo maintains a high temperature of the exhaust part of the turbo, which accelerates the gas flow and reduces the turbo gap. Due to the reduction of radiant heat, many parts of the engine surrounding the turbo are exposed to significantly less thermal stress.
