TEROSON MS 9220 - MS Polymer, high strength, black 80 ml

The adhesive material is cured with elastic moisture. The time to form and cure the layer depends on the humidity and ambient temperature and also on the thickness and the area of ​​the bonding layer.

With increasing temperature and humidity, this setting time can be reduced. On the other hand, low temperature and low humidity slow down the setting process.

TEROSON MS 9220 does not contain any solvents, isocyanates, silicones or PVC and has only a weak smell (it is odorless after curing). It provides good adhesion on many types of substrates without prior surface preparation.

TEROSON MS 9220 also provides good resistance to UV-ultraviolet radiation, so it is also suitable for outdoor use.

TEROSON MS 9220 is used in the following areas:

• in the production of automotive bodies
• in the production of buses
• for bodybuilding and bodywork modifications
• in the production of caravans
• in the construction of boats and boats
• It is used to create elastic joints without the need for a surface preparation (ie without the use of any base adhesive) with high adhesion quality and with good sealing properties also on metal surfaces (including galvanized metal sheets and aluminum) or painted surfaces.

TEROSON MS 9220 is also suitable for bonding glass, ceramic surfaces and most plastics except Teflon, PE, PP and blends containing these polymers. For these reasons, it is recommended to first test the suitability of the adhesive for the purpose before plastics bonding.
