Product Specifications:
- Versatile filters with twin bright red bands around the top and bottom for easy recognition.
- Made of fiber-reinforced nylon injection moldings.
- Unique Tri-Foam filter system bonded to the structure formed by the twin bands.
- Two outer layers of foam provide optimum filtration and load-up capacity.
- Inner layer made of special self-extinguishing filter foam.
- Offers the best combination for air flow, engine protection, and safety.
- A 1/2" (13mm) average gap must be left over the top of the filter for air circulation.
- When using ram pipes, an absolute minimum gap of 3/4" (19mm) is required between the end of the pipe and the underside of the top of the filter. Preferably, a gap of 1 1/4" (32mm) is recommended.
