Bun, dar a venit asamblat gresit. Bila statea spre wastegate. Se rezolva usor, dar e de tinut minte. De mentionat : si acesta este de tip bleed valve

Ok but fiddly
Its a needle bleed mbc with a ball spring in it to prevent air leak when not boosting. First you NEED to disassemble it. Because the ball inside tends to be glued by the epoxy used for sealing the nipple threads.The behavior is like this: When accelerating normally, it will boost where set. If accelerating gradually or slowly, the boost tends to be stuck at wastegate setting. Maybe the ball needs to be removed.
