Uprated Intercooler for VW T6 2.0 TSI

The engineers at Forge have developed this high performance tube & fin intercooler to replace the OEM intercooler found on the new VW T6 2.0 TSI. This van uses a derivative of the high performance “EA888” 2.0TSI engine found in the ever-popular Golf GTI.

During the extensive development process for this intercooler, several different core options and constructions were tested and evaluated before settling on this tube and fin core approximately 695x311x62mm. 

Offering significantly reduced inlet temperatures over the OEM and an increase in power of +7 BHP and 8Nm of torque when fitted to a stock vehicle.  

With this extra intercooler capacity, remapping the vehicle would bring further performance gains. The intercooler is a direct fit to the vehicle and no modification or trimming of the bumper is required. The intense, yet OEM appearance of the durable black powder coating is what gives this intercooler a superior finish, in both quality and performance.
