Entirely designed and developed in Italy, thanks to the multi-year experience of SPARCO® in the field of composite materials, the new corset protection CARBON for kart pilots offers maximum protection combined with an incredible lightness that only the carbon fiber shells can give.

The two inner layers of foam material with shock absorbing functions (EPDM and PU have been specifically sized for the application) derive from the experience gained on Racing seats and on different applications for Supercars.

CARBON is equipped with ultra-light tape of the latest generation, the same used on FIA approved belts to offer the highest level of resistance, safety and comfort for the pilot who wants to wear the top of the corset protection line.

CARBON, in addition to having a wide range of sizes, is further adjustable in height, thanks to a new ultra-strong hook-and-loop closure system.

Sparco Impact Technology: the new technology made in SPARCO® developed by combining a 4 mm EPDM material with a 6 mm PU foam that provides an incredible performance in terms of anti-vibration and shock absorber.

All the energy absorption performances have been verified with an impact attenuation test foreseen by the EN 1621-2 standard with a mass of 2500 g (10 Joule) and a fall height of 50 cm.
