RacingDiffs billet differential cover for BMW E30 (188mm) - silver

The package includes:
- Base plate made from forged T6
- 7075 Aluminum
- Side mounts with brackets for secondary mount
- Powerflex bushings
- Sealant rubber gasket
- All bolts and fasteners
 

RacingDiffs engineers spent months to develop the best possible inner profile design of the cover to accelerate the oil flow and improve the differential cooling, resulting in lowering the diff oil temperature by 15% on average.
Each design is thoroughly tested in real conditions on the car.

Besides supreme inner profile, RacingDiffs cover has 3 holes for oil instead of 2 like OEM covers. Lower hole is for draining and external pump inlet, middle one is for filling the LSD and the upper one is for the pump outlet. With this cover you can mount external oil cooling system without any modifications or welding.
It is very important to keep your differential temperature stable during any kind of endurance racing or long track days.

The 3 holes are of size M16x1.5 adapted for the AN connectors.

In favor of the material supreme mechanical characteristics (T6-7075 aluminum) this RacingDiffs cover is extremely durable. The durability has been tested in operation on vehicle.
Powerflex poly bushings comes as the standard option.
