The Starfish™ Tweeter Mounting Adapter and I-Mount Tweeter Mounting Kit in the Component Speaker System simplifies installation. Available in a range of standard sizes - 3", 4", 5-1/4", 6-1/2", 6" x 8", 4" x 6", 6" x 9" and 3/4" - this is the perfect upgrade to factory-supplied speakers.

Plus One™ woofer cones
The patented (US Patent No. 7,548,631) Plus One™ cones provide an overall increased cone area over other speakers of the same size, resulting in higher sensitivity, increased low frequency output and greater musical character.

Soft silky dome tweeters
The Club 422F, Club 522F, Club 622, Club 8622F, Club 9632 feature a completely soft silk-dome tweeter that provides a wider and smoother high-frequency response that is never compromised regardless of output level, as is the case with commonly used w-dome tweeters.

Specially shallow design for more mounting options
Club 620F has specified a c ompact d isplay design for the 6 -1/2" size, which allows them to fit the speaker to almost any vehicle currently on the road. This represents the distinctive JBL sound in m ultiple vehicles.

Adjustable tweeter output level
The Club 622, Club 602C and Club 602CTP component systems provide tweeter output level control to 0 dB or +3 dB, for optimizing system linearity based on installation location.

Acoustic damped UV resistant polypropylene cone
Each Club speaker woofer cone is designed to deliver clear, resonance-free sound quality while withstanding the harsh heat and humidity of the vehicle environment.

Special tweeter mount design for acoustic adjustment in different listening positions
The Club 602CTP Component Speaker System not only includes the Starfish™ Tweeter Mounting Adapter and the I -Mount Tweeter Mounts, but also provides a new installation option - the Tweeter Pod. Easy to install and more importantly, this tweeter mount can be tilted up and down even after mounting, allowing you to control the acoustic output in a variety of listening positions.

Starfish™ Tweeter Mounting Adapter
The Club 602C component loudspeaker system comes with a Starfish™ tweeter mounting adapter. This Starfish tweeter mounting adapter allows for easy installation of the tweeter behind factory grilles and in locations such as the A-Pillar. It also provides six breakaway mounting plates to accommodate many mounting configurations. The tweeter can be mounted flush or recessed. The Tweeter can be easily repaired and does not require disassembly of the entire assembly.

I-Mount Tweeter Mounting Kit
The I-Mount™ Tweeter Mounting System (Patent No. 5,859,917) allows for easy and versatile installation of tweeters in any of the component systems. It includes an adapter for flush mounting and accessories for surface mounting. With a 1-3/4" cutout and 1" mounting depth, installation becomes a breeze. This allows the tweeter to be flush mounted and can be tilted up to ±40 degrees. Locknuts are included to hold everything in place and the tweeter can be replaced without having to disassemble the entire assembly.
